To say that Gladio was intrigued when he came in to find a couple of boxes of Cup NoodleTM on his desk was an understatement, and he quirked a brow at his staff and had to ask what they wanted that they needed to butter him up or bribe him for.

There were a few pouts that he would think they would stoop so low, but then they revealed that Sonja was going to the nationals for Competitive Cup Stacking, but she wanted to rep Atlas properly by stacking only Cup Noodle^TM cups, but in order to do that, they needed empty ones, and, well, who better to turn to tha--

They needn't say a work further.

Gladio was happy yo do his part in contributing to the cause.

(And they were all....especially his sodium intake...we're getting raises that week).

Atlas is open!

"So I'm guessing no dinner for you tonight," Nell said after an awed look at the piles of empty Cup Noodle. "I think you might need to drink an entire water cooler to make sure your blood is less than 90% salt."

"What are you even talking about?" Gladio asked with a grinning snort. "This is just a snack. Besides..."

He moseyed on over so he could offer Nell a deliciously Cup Noodle^TM kiss in greeting.

"There's always room for more food especially if it's yours."

Nell laughed, "Mmmm, beef flavored Cup Noodle kisses. I feel like we need to have something ridiculously healthy to make up for all of this."

She gave him a smile. "But I don't particularly feel like having a healthy dinner. There's a part of me that would really just like to have a brownie sundae instead."

Arden came in today with a set expression and immediately went over to the weights to start lifting.

And almost as immediately racked them again and, wincing, went to do some warmup yoga, particularly focusing on stretching out her arms and back.
