Raiden's employees had convinced him to put a new recipe on the menu.

One that was allegedly going viral.

One that involved a pizza crust...made out of chicken.

Raiden had his doubts, honestly, but hey, he did love chicken and he'd try anything once! So here they were. Serving the chicken crust pizza. And as long as they were doing that, he figured they'd try some other nontraditional crusts, too, which meant that yes, the watermelon pizza was getting its day in the sun.
