Gladio was switching up the motivational stickers this week, especially since they were in February now, so all the January Resolutionists who weren't really going to stick with it had already filtered out. He still had silver and gold stars, but he'd added a few workout specific ones to the offerings this week, too.

The Cup Noodle^TM stickers he'd also ordered, however, were all for him. And,well, maybe if you really impressed him.

Atlas is open!

Nell had stopped by, more to prove that she could than because she really felt up to working out yet. Still, some quiet yoga and stretching would not go amiss.

And Gladio firmly approved of Nell's slowly getting back into it, whatever form it may take,and so she was getting two stickers: a gold stars and a Cup Noodle^TM.

"And if you push yourself too hard," he added, handing them over with a grin, "you let me know and I'll give you a lift home."

"Oooh," Nell said with a smile as she looked at the Cup Noodle sticker. "I must be very special. I thought you'd save these all for yourself!"

She stretched back out on the floor with a sigh. "Maybe you can just carry me upstairs to home at the end of the day."
