Lucas gave the sales floor one last glance before nodding to the members of Marc and opening up the shop for the first time.

In honor of the occasion which to be honest, Lucas didn't expect THAT many people to attend, after all, what with the excitement of the snow monster attack, they'd only had one day to advertize, and no newsprogram to take over and advertise with Lucas had set out an assortment of snacks ~~including Eddie's "special recipe" brownies~~ and beverages ~~all of which were spiked~~. All of the artwork and posters were marked down by 25%, the listening stations were pristine ~~and never would be again~~, and the stereo system was blasting a delightful mix of early nineties alternative ~~and Gwar~~ including Counting Crows, the Cranberries, the Mieces ~~and Gwar~~ and the Flaming Lips. ~~Pearl Jam would not, under any circumstances, be played.~~

Everything was in order. He opened the door, hung the Grand Opening Art sale! sign on the front window, and headed back to the backroom for a quick nap.

Mark and Marc could handle whatever customers happened to wander through for the first hour or so.

Paige followed Mark and smiled at the guy by the table before picking up a brownie and smiling at Mark, she had a feeling Sex Cultures was going to be more interesting than usual today and she was very glad it was the class she had.

She took a large bite since she'd skipped breakfast cos hello she's a teenage girl.

"These are pretty good, did you make them?" she asks Mark

((I must flee for a short while but I will so be back and I can see Paige spending a lot of time here!))

"My friend Eddie." Mark grinned. "He makes 'em special. Lot's of sugar."

[ooc: Mark was originally planned as a special one-off thingy. He might wander back on occasion. but I do hope you enjoy Lucas as well,]

She nods knowingly, "lots of sugar, right!"

((oh yeah that was what I meant she'll be back to visit once he's gone don't worry.))

Mark grinned and shruggled. Wow, he liked this girl. She totally got it, you know?

"Do you like Gwar?"

Paige thinks for a few moments as she takes another bite of the brownie, maybe she'd just skip Sex Cultures today.

"The band with masks, armour and blood right? Yeah they're okay Why?" she replies remembering the band from when she'd been much much wilder.

((I've not be playing much lately but I couldn't give up this chance but yes she'll be in again, possibly casually looking for him at first! ;) ))
