Edmund is behind the counter, enjoying his new look compliments of Theodoric of York. Who knew they could help with facial hair as well?

He's in a fine mood and All and Sundries is open.

Parker came in with the list of ingredients that Miss Calendar had given to her, and approached the shopkeeper, looking harried. "Excuse me, do you have all the things on this list?"

Lemon zest
mint leaves
thyme
strawberry vinegar
10 gold candles
cardoman
sea salts
three square yards of white silk
40' of red silk thread
black pepper
box of PC disks
chocolate

Edmund looked the list over and nodded. "I believe that the candles come in boxes of six, and I believe you likely require cardomom, in which case, yes, I have everything on the list."

And a customer who had a good credit line. He smiled and snapped his fingers for Baldrick, sending his servant off to hunt through the storeroom for the red silk thread, since that wasn't an item he gave valuable shelf space.

He then walked briskly off into the rest of the store to collect the rest of Miss Parker's list.

Parker sighed and rubbed her eyes. "Thank you, Mr. Blackadder. It's rather important I get these back to the school quickly." She tilted her head and smiled. "Nice beard."

"Why, thank you, Miss Parker." Edmund's bright smile was unusually genuine and non-monetarily inspired. He placed the items on the counter and began to ring everything up, taking the silk from Baldrick when the small man finally returned from the storeroom.

"Your total will be handwaved because I like your charge card. Is there anything else you require?" He was already packing everything into bags for her.

"No, that will be perfect." Parker sent Baldrick a little shudder of distaste, then put her shades back on. She paused. "I'm going on a trip to England tomorrow-- London and Oxford, and possibly Stonehenge. Is there anywhere in particular that you would recommend for a visit?"

"I am close to two hundred years out of my time. I doubt that the places I would suggest even exist any longer. I suggest you find the best restaurants and avoid any dishes with the words 'blood' or 'black' in the names."

Edmund handed her bags over and gave her another genuine smile. "And if you see anyone who resembles Baldrick, turn the other direction immediately and don't look back. There seems to be one in every generation."

Parker laughed. "Oh. Thanks for the tip. And have a good week, Mr. Blackadder. I'll be sure to avoid the blood-anything." She gave Baldrick a wide berth and made her way out of the shop, glad the stupid spell would be over soon.
