Darla still remained locked up at the station. If it was up to Tex, she would have beheaded the vampire by now, but that pesky claim of having a soul was keeping her hands tied. Suffice to say that Tex really hated politics and sometimes missed the part of her job where she got to wipe out an entire base.

Lorne's in a mood as he sets up the stage for his opening number. Not the kind of mood that's going to get your head bit off if you approach him; they're only into human meat on his mom's side of the family anyway, and he really doesn't take after that side. Just the kind of mood that means you'll catch him staring off into space every so often as he tweaks the dials on the bass booster. Something's off, and he can't decide whether it's feedback from the new amps, or just bad vibes in the old town tonight.

The show must go on, though, and Caritas is open.

The pub had been decorated tastefully, but undeniably festively, for the the boys and their guests.

There were two tables flanking the doors with growing piles of gifts on either of them. Similarly, another table with two cakes - one with eighteen candles, another with nineteen.

Music was playing, the lights were dimmed, and all that was missing were the birthday boys. And now Jake is here sort of but the player is in Norway and sleeping so...handwavey

After meeting outside the Fandom High dorms, Weevil and Chloe headed to the diner for their date. He hoped it would go well because he really liked her.
