Fandom Island and Town

Gojyo had not expected to get any letter or anything really so he was a bit surprised when we found mail waiting for him at the hotel. And that surprise turned into confusion when he read the letter. Whatever this place was pulling and whoever was in charge, they were definitely going all in it seemed.

"Whoever is dumb enough to put you in charge of a shop deserves to have it fail" he thought to himself as he stood outside the shop, double-checking the address that had been in the letter. He had been to this side of the island a few times, it's where most of the food places were after all. He had never paid the shop much attention though so now that it was evidently his, Gojyo was taking a moment to take it all in.

"Not bad I guess... definitely adding a smoke shop though" he decided with a nod as he took out the key that had been included in the letter and walked in. He could make this work... maybe... possibly...


The shop was open - kinda - and the new owner was in.

It had been long enough now that Gojyo had accepted that all of this.... wherever and whatever it actually was.... was in fact not some weird dream or illusion.

He had accepted that but it didn't mean he liked it. He would never admit it to anyone but he was worried about what happened to Hakkai and others and where they had ended up.

So Gojyo was at the Perk again, sans cigarettes, and a large overly caffeinated drink in front of him as he stared down at the tiny glowing screen in his hands, still trying to figure out how the hell the thing even worked.


(Gojyo is totally open to being distracted and of course, the Perk is open for any other caffeine and drink needs!)

If anyone had been around the causeway for any reason that afternoon, they might have seen a flash of light and maybe even heard the muffled thud of something hitting the ground. And if not, then they might have seen a rather tall figure standing in that same spot a few minutes later, looking around in dazed confusion.

“All right guys, very funny. You can cut the antics now, I’m not amused!” he called out and waited, as if expecting a response from someone. “Guys?”

Gojyo looked around again, the glare of the sun off the water causing him to shield his eyes. Wherever he was, it definitely WASN’T where he had just been. A lot more water… and a heck of a lot colder too... Ok, this was fine, he could handle this. This was obviously some sort of illusion spell or something. Not something he hadn’t dealt with before. He could figure his way out of this one too, and find the others. Again. This really needed to stop becoming such a habit for them!

Picking up the small pack at his feet, which whatever had sent him here had graciously brought along as well, Gojyo started making his way down the long narrow road that stretched ahead of him. As he went, he was unable to help but wonder what the others were seeing in their illusions and wondered just how long they would be trapped THIS time around.
