Wonka's Sweets Shoppe - Sunday Brunch

Wonka's was decorated with garlands of autumn leaves and other seasonal bits all around, making for a rather cheery environment.

The usual set up the store had been swapped out for plenty of tables and chairs, and room to mingle. There were a few tables set up just outside the shop as well.

Luna waved to some regulars as she tied on an apron over her robes and opened the shop. If the shop seemed roomier inside, well, perhaps maybe it was (but she wasn't saying anything).

Through the open doors wafted the glorious smells of a tempting brunch for all.

Laid out on a large serving table were all the elements of a traditional English breakfast along with some items that weren't so traditional.

Foods
Toast (with butter, jam, marmalade, marmite, or plain, including 'toast soldiers')
Several different fresh fruits (melons, citrus, grapes and raisins) Cereal or porridge
Sausages, bacon, ham, kippers, and white pudding (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_pudding)
Eggs (scrambled, fried, boiled, or poached)
Mushrooms, fried tomatoes, baked beans, hash browns, mashed potatoes, salad, kedgeree (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kedgeree), and bubble and squeak (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bubble_and_squeak)
Pastries (various), biscuits (American and English) and muffins
Several dessert items from the shop, including a to die for chocolate pudding.

Drinks
Tea, coffee, milk, chocolate milk, several types of juice, water and various fizzy drinks

Lavender piled her plate with toast, sausage,eggs, fried tomatoes, and more. What? She's hungry.

Clark got some toast and fruit, and to help with the woe emo dissapointment of the three minute date night, chocolate milk.

"Hmmmm?" Lavender's question caught her mid-bite. "Oh, yes. I've been here since a few days after we went to the Ministry of Magic. 'Shame about the fountain. I don't think it was the best that Fudge's goblin loot could buy, but I do so enjoy a good tossing of water."

Hey, it was Sunday! And Sunday meant but one thing for the nun.

No, not church. Brunch!

Rosette had started to notice that the brunch also seemed migratory and she had to do a little bit of hunting to find it this time. She wondered how the mechanics of it worked, and if it could maybe be held in the church one of these Sundays, but, nibbling on a biscuit, she realized she was much more pleased with just being a recipiant of the brunch that an offerer of it.

Hermione grabs some food, then goes to sit at a table with her Arithmancy book and a notebook. She really can't stop herself.

After a while, Luna paused by Hermione's table with a pot of hot tea. "Would you like a refill, Hermione?"

"Yes, please," Hermione says, and gives a polite smile in exchange. "You were in my Arts and Crafts workshop, right?"

"I don't believe so, no." Luna obliged and poured enough tea to refresh Hermione's cup generously. If that wasn't quite an expected question, she didn't show it. "How were Ronald, Ginny and Harry when you left?"

After grabbing some food, Summer and Shawn headed toward a table. "So they do this every week? The brunch thing I mean?"

Shawn took a look around the place, "I'm not actually sure. It seems pretty well organised though, so maybe. It's apparently quite popular this morning which I figure is a good sign."

Shawn smiled, "I'm doing pretty damn good so far. I managed not to trip over my roommate or his books this morning, and I have you to company for lunch."

"I don't think I ever found out where it is you came here from?"
