Caritas - Wednesday Evening [Open]

GOB was in the spirit of the season. He was dressed like a pilgrim and wanted people to give him thanks for the booze he was providing. That's what the season was about, right?

He also replaced the zombie drummer's drum set with several raw turkeys. Strangely enough, he didn't go for the obvious joke and replace the drumsticks. He was curious to see what would happen.

"Cranberry juice." Billy couldn't help saying. "And water." He was really, really trying not to give in to his instinct to immediately, and loudly, condemn the holiday.

"Sure thing," GOB said. "Hey, Tino! Cranberry juice and water for the kid!"

When Tino brought two glasses over, GOB said, "There you go."

"Thanks." Billy said. As he began experimentily mixing the two, seeing just how much was needed to make him not cringe, he looked at GOB. "Nice, uh, nice outfit."

"Good man, showing thanks and praising the provider of drinks," GOB said. "That's what this holiday is all about. The costume should remind people to thank me."

"Exactly. It's all about giving thanks, especially to people who serve you drinks," GOB said. "Isn't that right, Tino?" Tino glanced over with no thanks in his eyes and walked to the back room.

"He agrees with me."
