The Beach - Wednesday before Cheerleading practice
Annette brought Angel to the beach with her at Chad's suggestion that his cat and her cat might have fun too. She spread a beach towel, put up a small umbrella, and brought along other necessary beach items that included a frisbee and a football.
She didn't think about bringing a cooler; she wouldn't have been able to carry it anyway.
Anyhow, she was here and waiting for Chad.
(The beach is open for all your beach like needs!)

Chad gave a stoic nod and then went to sit down beside Angel, holding out his fingers a little for her to sniff before she decided whether or not he was worthy of her attention. Prince Oscar Pedro, purring up a storm, happily kneaded his paws against Annette. His wide, bulging eyes closed, content and quite pleased.

"That's what I thought, too," he said with a smile to Annette's comment, "when I spent a little time with him at the shelter. He's just so happy at the smallest things. And he grows on you, once you're used to the lack of fur."
He turned a grin toward Angel. "Maybe you should let him borrow some."

Angel was a fireball of fur. She jumped and hopped and patted Chad's fingers, purring and rolling onto her back while she batted in the air at his hand.

After parking, he sauntered off down towards Charlie, waving and calling out to her, "Hey, how's it going?"

He nodded, "That's what I here for, sweetheart."

He watched the rope and Charlie then dropped his eyes when she buried it in the sand. "Give it time..."
