The Arms Hotel Lobby, Friday [5/2]

Today's arrivals would find a large banner with the words "Congratulations Graduates" greeting them as they stepped into the lobby. Mary was waiting at the front desk with the guest register and a lot of fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies. Normally Friday would be River's day and River would have cookies, but Mary felt bad making her work on graduation weekend and gave her the day off.

"Well, nothing blew up, but there was a vortex in the park that dropped off a whole bunch of kids, including mine," said Mary. "It looks like my fiancé and I are having twins once we eventually get married."

"Last year. Right after the prom." Zero grinned. "I must've just missed it!" Her timing was excellent.

"I need to remember that for next year," said Mary, wondering if it was possible for Michael and Melissa to show up again. That is, unless they arrived by other means within the next year.
