Caritas, Saturday evening
D'Argo knew today was graduation, he knew there would be people headed in to do a lot of drinking. That happened when people got their first real taste of Fandom.
So today there was a sign:
Furst rownd on the house for tramatizzed Fandom new bees
A zombie wrote it. So really, that was impressive.
[I'm going to be at work, but don't want people to miss out if drinking needs to be done. Just mod Tino till about 6 or 7 PST. And remember what the graduation OOC says- the events of post 2 will be hard to avoid, so you might want to hold off pinging till then so you don't Joss yourself.]

The Stage
Re: The Stage
Re: The Stage
However, he was the one with the brilliant idea of an NWA cover.
The Bar
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
"But I just don't understand where the fairies came from," he told her, for about the 500th time.
Re: The Bar
"Now, let's celebrate being seniors in style. What can I get the fine gentleman?"
Re: The Bar
"And I think he would like a vodka tonic."
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
And that was a weird sentence, there.
Re: The Bar
"However, this is weirdness I intend to use. I'm going over to Greece, and laying out on the beach for an entire day. Fandom can randomly vanish on me if it wants, I do not care. There is sand and food and ouzo, and I intend to take advantage of it."
Re: The Bar
"But I am with you for all of that save the ouzo. And if the island vanishes, worse things have happened."
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
Far, far, far more than enough, really.
"Do you think it's wise to put me on your father's credit card?" Because that was clearly the only flaw in the plan.
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
He flashed a grin. "So it's pay for us in Europe, or there's a Dojima rampant in Tokyo?"
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
"Besides, I've still got the tabloid my father threw at my head when he found out, if you want me to translate it for you later."
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
He shrugged. "My father would have found something for me to do eventually."
Re: The Bar
Dōjima's head snapped up suddenly and her smile was far from friendly. "He can try."
Re: The Bar
He inferred more than enough from what she said, and brought a hand over to rest on her back. "You might bring him to heel instead."
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
"My transcripts," he had to admit, "aren't horrible. The priests graded me easily, and I think I'll do well enough here. Though I did miss a semester."
Re: The Bar
"My transcripts here are fine, if a bit hard to explain to a school. How do you keep a straight face when telling a college recruiter that you passed Spycraft with flying colors?"
Re: The Bar
He considered the question. "Perhaps you say it shows your initiative?" Adults always seemed to like initiative, as long as it was for something like a class. "Or your skill in investigative work? I would think cool class would be the really hard one."
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
She was draining her glass; that was an excellent idea, and Romeo did the same and gestured for a third. "How hard would it be to get you to sing?"
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
"Then go," he suggested, sloshing his glass toward the stage. "Consider it a dare."
Re: The Bar
"Then it's your turn, aijin."
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
Grinning evilly, she pulled away and smiled at him before finishing her drink and standing up to go sing (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomtownies/2757297.html?thread=120268721#t120268721).
Re: The Bar
Not that that stopped Romeo from some enthusiastic clapping. and cheering as he ordered the fresh round.
"You're awesome," he told her as she retook her seat, leaning over to give her a quick kiss. "My turn?"
He was on his way to the stage before she could answer.
Re: The Bar
Yes, he had just brought the fresh drinks. That wasn't going to stop Dōjima.
Re: The Bar
Re: The Bar
Yeah, he wasn't too up there in the thinking department tonight.
Re: The Bar
She swallowed the shot.
Re: The Bar
He sratched his head.
