The Beach, Monday Morning
Viki had to admit that, really, the water was quite beautiful in the morning, as she sat with her legs curled beneath her and watched the waves break upon the beach.
It was almost soothing, though she wasn’t perturbed by anything, and she wondered idly how long the waves had been landing here. Or rather, as the island had a tendency to move about, just how long the waves had been here, carelessly breaking against each other in the tumble-over-the-head sort of play that waves indulged in.
What a luxury, right? To ceaselessly play. Viki laughed, startling the birds no doubt, and fell back against the sand to stare up at the sky.
[Open as a beach tends to be!]

Laughing, however, had her head spapping up and she followed the noise quite easily as it was ahead of the set path she'd chosen. She came upon Viki and smiled down at her, totally interrupting her with a bright, "Good morning, Vikki."

"They're always moving," she said, with a quick grin at Amber before settling her gaze on the waves, "and I wondered if it was some sort of play to them, and how they felt about an island interrupting their game. And then I thought it wouldn't be much fun to be forever playing a game, so maybe they're happy with the change."

"Besides staring at the waves," she grinned, "how have you been?"

Viki considered that. "I don't think I've talked to a frog before."
