Viki was Viki and therefore herself today. Which meant, really, that no matter whom everyone else was… she didn’t much care.

Why should she? She was not them, and did not wish to be them as she was quite content with herself and that was, well, that.

Parker strode up to the main desk, and leaned in conspiratorially.

"I need twenty bottles of rum, twenty boxes of cigars, and four live chickens. Please have them ordered and delivered to the back front lobby."

Viki blinked, mildly bemused. "Shouldn't live chickens make an awful sort of mess?"

"Possibly. That's why I want them in a cage, duh." Parker glared at Viki. "Chop chop! I mean, very soon. Please. I'll tip well, since I'm ridiculously rich and can do that kind of thing even when I don't have anything to conceal, which I don't."

Her background music indicates she's lyyyyying.

Viki was just going to be vaguely amused at the music.

"I will order them," she said, with a shrug of her shoulders. "And have them delivered as you wish, Miss Mary would say to do so. Was there anything else you might have need of?"

"If you see Mr. Parker-Nolan, don't tell him about the rum or the chickens." Parker smiled dazzlingly. "You're a darling, thank you so much, and call me if the police show up, 'kay?"

She handed over a hundred dollar bill. "Oh, and if you want to attend the party I'm having in the park, it'll be after sunset. Dress warm."

Viki wasn't always the brightest crayon in the box, but she was hardly going to turn down money.

"I will," she promised, "to all of it. I won't tell, and you're quite welcome."
