Jeff, God of Biscuits - late Monday morning

After (a) waking up on freaking Galactica Point with Ronan, and (b) showering for about an hour to get the sea smell out of her hair, Parker felt... almost human. Nicotine-deprived, mildly hungover, and in caffiene withdrawal, but human. Now. If only they made amnesia in pill form, she'd be all set! Until then, there was pastry.

After her awkward morning with Angel, Veronica needed coffee. And chocolate.

She popped into J,GOB and promptly facepalmed when she spotted Parker.

Which was matched by Parker facepalming back, and laughing a little hysterically. "I don't think you dye your hair. Just to start out with."

Veronica laughed. "And I would never push you off of a cliff."

"Oh you so would. Especially if you thought I'd killed my last two husbands, what the hell, Fandom, what the hell," Parker said, head-tabling. Thud, thud. "I'm glad at least you didn't end up dead, though."

"Dead may have been preferable to where I woke up," Veronica admitted. "But, yeah, glad that whole cliff-diving thing didn't end in death for either of us."

"No, I got to die later. With Ronan. From some kind of seizure or heart attack after trying to kill him. Jesus." Parker paused in the middle of her rant to ask, "Do I wanna know where you woke up? Or who it was with?"

"At least you got better?" Veronica offered.

"And, uh... probably not," she said, rubbing her forehead.

"I raised the dead. Zombie dead. And apparently Anders is now my brother," Parker growled. "And... my condolences? At least you're not fighting off nicotine cravings? Or pregnant?" Parker gave her a suspicious look. "You're not, right? Because I never slept with Dick, but I seem to remember this coming up as a problem before...."

"Not that I'm aware of," Veronica said dryly. "And I'm pretty sure that vampires don't have viable sperm."

After leaving Chris's room, Isabel wasn't quite ready to face Wyatt. So she went for coffee instead.

Spotting Parker after she got her coffee, she dropped into the seat across from her.

"You have a gun. Will you kill me now please?"

"Sure." Parker nibbled on her scone. "Just let me finish this, then find a damn amnesia potion. Were you a stripper?"

Because hey, half the people she ran into were.

"No. I was married to Chris," Isabel told her with false cheer. "And cheating on him with his brother."

Parker choked on her scone, suddenly remembering their Evil Wench Kaffeeklatch, and the cabana boys. "Oh. My. God. Did we really-- we really did, didn't we?"

Isabel groaned, she'd tried to repress that memory. "Yeah. We did. But even better? Guess who I slept with last night?"

It's quite possible her teeth were going to shatter the were clenched so tightly.

"Oh. Crap." Parker was doing even more facepalming now. "Don't tell Wyatt I encouraged you in evil, okay? And, uh." She winced. "How *is* my semi-little-brother this morning?" She stared hard at Isabel. "You're so not okay, I know that."

"Flailing like a flailing thing that flails," she muttered. "Like the two of them didn't have enough issues? Now this?"

Isabel took a long drink of her coffee and sighed. "Logically I know that none of this was our fault. Unfortunately logic is not my strong point right now."

"I raised zombies. And pulled Veronica off a cliff. And... crap, I can't remember what all else. Believe me, logic has gone bye-bye for the next day or so." Parker shook her head. "At least you're not pregnant? Like last time a weird weekend hit? And, uh." She frowned. "Wait. Wasn't Wyatt married to somebody?"

Lana stopped in to get coffee for herself and Shawn and blushed when she saw Parker. "So...um, how about that Fandom weirdness, huh?"

Parker groaned quietly to herself, and then sighed. "Hey, Lana. Yeah. How about that?" She rubbed her face. "At least we didn't end up in the pond?"

"Yeah, that's something at least." She swallowed hard. "Look, I don't even know what I was talking about. I mean, none of it made sense or was real. And I'm sorry."

"Yeahhhh." Nothing of what Lana had said had even made an impression on Parker, but she vividly remembered what she'd said to Lana. "You know that the evil, psychotic bitch version of me was twisting the facts, right?"

Parker facepalmed. "Only in that you date guys from Fandom, Lana. Because that ups the odds of them disappearing or dying by like a thousand percent. That's the only connection to you that I see." She dropped her hand, and gave Lana a sardonic look. "You don't see me dating Fandom guys any more, do you?"

"I wouldn't know," Lana said with a bit of a smile. "And you're right, I'm trying not to think about it that way, and if it had only been the guys I was involved with here that had disappeared or died... Well, anyway, it's not like I'm involved with Shawn - not like that."

"Well, I'm not. Aside from the occasional sex-buddy-for-fun," Parker said, rolling her eyes. "And there have been worse ideas." She shrugged, and took another sip of her cocoa. "Something to think about, anyway. For what it's worth."
