Around town, Saturday evening
Wow, this had gotten really bad. Buffy had had herself a couple close calls, which would happen when the zombies were freaking everywhere, and today she really had worn old clothes knowing they'd get covered in things she didn't want to think about, and she'd had to clean off her sword more than once, and while she'd seen some really gross things in her time, that really kind of topped it so far.
She knew it wasn't going to be long before she had to head back to the dorms, but for now, she was still patrolling the streets. And alleyways. And etc. etc. etc.
And at this point it would be advisable that no one sneak up on her unless they wanted their heads removed.
[Open post! Living and undead of the PC and NPC variety welcome. Buffy does not agree with me on the 'welcome' part, but she can bite me.]

And held it aloft. He was going to do battle with a leg. The other zombie continued jumping towards Buffy.

The two legged zombie (three if you counted his boomstick) swung the leg in Buffy's direction as he approached.

He had to depend on his friend, the one legged zombie now.

Then she looked at the one-legged one. "You wanna go?"

The one legged zombie most definitely did want to go. He jumped as quick as he could, trying to avoid any bumps or holes in the ground.

Well. That was just embarrassing.
