Penelope was drinking tonight. Just because she enjoyed the taste of beer. It also added to her 'confidence in myself' status in case unfavorable people stopped in for a drink. She wasn't taking precautions; she simply liked beer.

The band was all about the 80's tonight, so yay for the ones who took advantage of the karaoke stage.

Caritas is open.

Jack was sober. He was trying to remedy that. "Hey. One for me and one for you?" he said, pointing at her beer.

"Absolutely," she replied, grinning. She set one in front of him and got herself a fresh one. "What are we drinking to?"

"I found my sister!" He grinned. "Finally found my Little Sibling earlier this week. Figure that's as good a reason as any, right?"

"Oh, sure! I find that one can drink beer over the tiniest little thing," she said with a firm nod.

"True. If you need a reason, then...that's the reason!" Logic was Jack's strong suit. Really.

"I don't really need a reason, but thank you for the offer of yours," she replied, then drank her beer happily. "I might be getting drunk. Are you getting drunk tonight?"

Claire showed up, both to visit her cabinmate and to meet up with Jon, who she had handwavily made plans with earlier in the day.

Jon eventually made his way to the bar, having gotten a lot of sun and no beer so far today.

"What's good to drink?"

"I need a beer." That was as far as he got before he looked down at his leg, where apparently he had been rammed with moose antlers.

"No, Ba'al. You get water."

Brennan realized she had hardly left her hotel room all week except to teach, and she decided a beer would relax her.

She took a seat at the end of the bar and gestured for a beer from Tino, trying very hard not to stare at the other bartender's nose.

And was promptly noticed by Tony. And not simply because there weren't any other adults save for Tino there.

"I don't believe we've met," Tony said, takign a seat next to her.

"It would be very unlikely," Brennan said, turning toward him. "I'm Temperance Brennan. I'm teaching for the summer."

She managed to leave off her doctorate, so, clearly, her hair was waaaaay down.
