T&C, Tuesday, 2/2/10
When Didi got to the shop this morning, Apu was on one of his tears. T&C HAD to be Fandom's one-stop shop for Valentine's Day, or all would be lost. Didi? Well, Didi was in the way, with her insistence that maybe no one on the island would buy the Little Miss Sparkle Pony Valentines he was building a gigantic display of.
She snuck a bag of Butterfinger heart candies out of one of the displays and sat on the stoop outside. It was cold, but not too cold for peoplewatching and a little introspection. She'd been human for going on six months, with no end in sight. It wasn't a terribly long time for someone like her -- but it was enough that she was starting to wonder if she might be here for years or even decades. And that would be a totally new experience.
