Groovy Tunes, Tuesday
Tuesday at Groovy Tunes saw Jonothon's guitar propped up in its stand, untouched. He'd written back to Jubilee at the Academy, telling her that he'd decided to head out to Massachusetts for the remainder of the break after all. And once he'd finished mailing that letter off, he had picked up his mail.
Gayle Edgerton was going to be in America for the next week or so. Or, at least, the next week or so back in the mid-1990s. And she wanted to meet with him. It had been a very... short letter. Just a where and a when, the address of a restaurant in Boston. Where to write back if he wanted to get in touch with her. They needed to talk.
His letter back had been even shorter. He was going to be in Massachusetts anyhow. He owed her this much.
I'll be there.
He hadn't even managed to put a CD into the stereo yet, today. It was going to be a very quiet day at the Groovy Tunes.
