T&C, Tuesday, 6/1
It felt like a beach day, but Didi was stuck at work.
Happily, Apu was there too, and was in one of his moods where he was convinced that any teenager who touched anything would no doubt mess it up beyond measure. Didi tried to reason with him (starting with "but I've worked here for nine months" and working her way up to "I'm actually a couple billion years old" and was an utter failure.
In the end, she didn't mind so much. It gave her permission to set up on the front steps in a beach chair under an umbrella, with a slightly gritty red Squishy and fat, stupid novel at hand.
T&C was open, but it might be hard for students to get served today.
