Caritas, Tuesday
Being behind the bar on a Tuesday was so far not all that different from being in front of it.
"Tino, I am warning you, put that away," Jake wagged a finger at him. "That is not workplace approp- oh god, I'll be right back, I need to wash my eyes out with bleach now."
Once he was sure it was safe to return, Jake came back out, although he couldn't stop a little involuntary shudder every time he happened to glance Tino's way.
Caritas was open! ...If slightly disgusted. Gross, Tino.

Stage!
You'll just be getting up and I'll still be getting down
The band is getting tired but they don't give a damn
so blow the girls a kiss and give the boys a hand
Bar!
You can take the high road, I can take the low
but later in the evening the one thing i believe in is
I'm on the road to ruin it's the only way to go
Re: Bar!
Though, at the moment, he was staring at the band as though he wanted to dissect them. Probably because he did.

For the love of all that is holy, people. It would end in tears.

Count Kūkaku in!
She just had one question, leaning her good arm on the bar as she leaned in and asked, "I gonna get my ass booted out if I light up in this joint?"
You never knew, these days.
"A pipe, I mean," she clarified after a second, because, really, it needed to be clarified in her case.
Re: Bar!
"Now why would I do a thing like that to an arse like yours?" he replied with a grin.
Re: Bar!
"How about a beer? I don't care. Something local."
Re: Bar!
Re: Bar!
Somehow, it managed to stay right where it was as she took a sip.
What? It's not like she could just hold the pipe with her other hand, here.
"Ugh, this tastes awful!" she said, then sipped again. "I like it."

"It's technically illegal in this state," he said. "So goes the smoker's rights."
Re: Bar!
And smoke.
"What are you?" she eventually muttered. "Some kinda cop?"
If he was, she was totally throwing an explosive at the zombies and hightailing it out of here. Not because she felt she was guilty of anything in particular; she just wasn't exactly fond of authorities that weren't her, more often than not.

"Then piss off," Kūkaku said, and continued to smoke.

Lounge!
Then Saturday was Sunday and I could hear the bells
Deliver me from evil, forgiveness and for love
You're headin for confession and I'm headin to the pub
Back Room!
I thought I'd take me chances but I took one on the chin
I finally got her number, she wrote it on a cup
I phone her in the morning and woke her mother up
OOC!
and then she told me Jesus said that I'd go straight to hell
she's followin his footsteps, I'm following my nose
we're heading for the same place, I'll see you down the road.
I love this song a ridiculous amount.
Re: OOC!
And so Jake.
