Tino didn't faint when Nathan showed up today. Nathan was almost disappointed but he figured you couldn't pull the 'back from the dead' card that often and have it work. So, he just wandered in, gave Tino a few friendly thumps on the back and took up his position behind the counter.

He'd missed freeze booze in the time he was gone so he wasted absolutely no time in breaking into it and getting himself started on a nice, good bender. It'd been awhile since he'd had one of those too.

Being alive definitely was better than being dead.

There are two bartenders for your buck!

"You should make me something delicious," Ramona told him as she wandered up to the bar, taking a seat on a stool lazily.

"Do I look like a fucking short order cook?" Nathan wondered, raising an eyebrow before finishing his drink. "Besides, I didn't even hear the magic word."

"Boobs?" she tried. "I'm not familiar with this 'magic word' of yours, so I'm just going to start naming things I know you like."

"Boobs is a magic word but not the one I was looking for, no," Nathan laughed, reaching to pour himself another glass of his Irish whiskey. "The word boobs is enough to titillate and tantalize but it doesn't make me tingle."

"Booze," she said, pointing. "See, now I've even clarified and I've named something you like."

"And what kind of booze do you want?" Nathan asked, glancing at his glass. "Wait, wait, let me guess! You want something pink, fruity, with two ice cubes and an umbrella. Am I right? I bet I'm right."

"Do you really think so little of my creativity?" she asked, faux-pouting.

"Oooh, does that mean you're gonna go for something with an explicit name?" Nathan asked hopefully. "If you can make me blush, I'll give you your drinks free."

She would never make him blush. Not with anything sexual, at least.

"The dirtiest drink name I know is Redheaded Slut, and neither of us is a dirty ginger," she said, frowning. "We should make one up."

"You wanna play bartender with me?" Nathan asked, considering that. "All right. Come 'round here. I hereby give you permission to come around the bar and become an honorary bartender for the night."

Nathan glanced down at the bar at Tino and shooed him away. "Go 'way. Go clean the fucking bathrooms, mate."

"Ooooh, honorary bartender," Ramona said, happily moving around the bar. "What kind of privileges do I get?"

"Privileges?" Nathan asked, raising an eyebrow as she came around. "Being allowed back behind this bar is an honor. You get to pour drinks and take orders from me."

At that, he waggled his eyebrows at her.

"And that might be fun, right?"

"Take orders from you?" she repeated, brows raised skeptically. "Mmm. It depends on the order, I think."

"No, you see, any order has to be followed because I'm the lead bartender and you are merely a trainee," Nathan decided, nodding. "It's just how the circle of life works, Ramona. It's the fucking hierarchy of power."

"I've never been great at taking orders," she declared, shaking her head. "We'll see whether I do what you tell me to. What's in it for me?"

"Being in my presence isn't enough?" Nathan asked, pulling out a few clean glasses and situating them on the counter. "I know I exude pure masculinity and a sexual aura like no other so please feel free to not control yourself."

"Pretty sure someone might complain if we just started going at it on the bar or something," Ramona said thoughtfully, "so I'll do what I can to keep my impulses in check."

"Aww, are you shy?" Nathan asked, pouring some more of his whiskey into one of his glasses. "When did that happen? Did you get all shy and demure while I was away?"

"No, I just don't want to get thrown out of a bar," Ramona replied, hopping up to sit on the bar, picking up a glass to study it. "Fun though it'd be."

"Who the fuck is going to throw you out of the bar?" Nathan wondered, giving her a look. "Tino? Please, he's afraid of his own cock. Me? Well, I might just to be a prick but it's not likely."

There is a back room!

There is an OOC! I'm around for about an hour then AFK for a few hours but back this evening! Mod Tino for quick service!
