"NO CAPES!" Edna Mode reiterated, shoving an extremely sulky Anakin Skywalker (and his new uniform) back into the hallway.

"But--"

"No butt, either, darling," Edna said, dusting her hands off, "which I imagine is why you tend to cover yours with that cape to begin with."

She cut off his squawk of protest with a wave. "Live in the now! And now is full of plaid and polyblend."

She turned to the next victim victim. "Next! Come now, don't keep everyone waiting!"

[OOC: Anakin modded with permission! Come on down and get fitted with your uniforms or have a "dress like a normal person for once" intervention for your townie! There'll be some SP in the afternoon but I promise to get to everyone!]

Cindy gritted her teeth. "Teacher," she agreed. "And those pumps are hideous."

Cindy owned a shoe store. She knew.

"We are clothing an entire island," Edna replied. She snorted. "And Mr. Colbert can pinch a penny so hard that the man on the front of it screams."

"Fine." Cindy stuck her freakishly tiny foot out for Edna to measure. "Find me a shoe that fits and I'll wear it."

There was something to be said about having feet smaller than any other woman in the kingdom.

Edna was prepared for people with wings and sentient ponies. Tiny feet were no problem at all!

She rummaged around in the box of shoes before holding two shoes aloft. "Success!"

"You're someone's wicked stepmother, aren't you?" she muttered.

It was possible these shoes were going to be the victims of a terrible accident. Yes.
