Caritas- Tuesday

Kitty arrived to work wearing normal- black- clothes that wouldn't cause anyone to stare, as promised. She figured this would probably be the most noteworthy thing about today.

And then she realized that both Tino and the zombies seemed to be stuck moving in slow motion, which for the record was making the music sound really weird. God, Kitty hoped this wasn't contagious.

So, uh. Don't go to Tino for speedy service today.

Derek just gave her a look that implied that, even with the vampire, The Devil's Nest was superior bar for so many reasons.

"You're no fun," Kitty told him. "I don't know what happened. I came in and they were like this. I'm hoping it wears off by the end of the night or I'm worried I'll have to pay overtime if it takes Tino half an hour to make it to the door."
