Outside the radio station- Friday evening

Jaye's stuff had been packed into her car (which was a bitch on this island, god), and she'd gone back to the radio station to settle some things really quick before leaving.

By which she meant she was going to stand outside and try and find someone to take over the radio last minute. What, this was thinking ahead for her.

Kitty had just so happened to pass by the radio station, not thinking anything of the girl standing out there. She did offer her a little "how's it going, you exist" smile of acknowledgement, though.

Oh, hey, it was the girl tried to give Jaye a heart attack by walking through the wall during a broadcast once.

Eh, she'd do.

"Tag, you're it!" Jaye said, and threw the keys to the station at her before taking a few steps back. No takebacks, Kitty.

Out of reflex, Kitty tried to catch the keys, getting a moment to look totally ungraceful in the process. Thanks, Jaye.

"Wait, what?"

"Fate has spoken. You're in charge now," Jaye said, taking a few giant steps back to get some distance. "Have fun with that."

And then she started literally running away from her responsibilities, right over to the parking lot.

Oh, no worries, Kitty was too busy staring.

"What the hell just happened?"

Weird end to a weird week, seriously.
