Kitty was still celebrating having all her correct parts back by wearing a shirt that was definitely lower than the Derek standard of necklines. Despite that, it was looking to be a quiet night so far, which gave Kitty time to continue her Netflix marathon on her phone. Maybe next time she wouldn't get into a show six seasons in and have to catch up in time for the series finale.

Tino had been banished to the stock room due to his constant threatening to spoil her, because it was either that or kill him and his entire family.

At some point in the evening, a putty arrow came flying through the door and landed squarely on the bar in front of Kitty. Attached was a slip of paper that said Busy?

Clint was still trying to catch up on Dog Cops, so he understood how marathoning went.

Clint, you giant dork.

While smiling, Kitty wasn't sure how exactly to respond to a question delivered via arrow, so she phased through the bar to get closer to the door and called, "Not really!"

A minute later, Clint came through the door, his bow slung over his shoulder. "Hey. You got my message?"

"I did. And that's probably the most stylish way anyone's ever told me anything," Kitty grinned.

"I'm testing some new arrows," Clint explained. "Newish. But hey, it worked right?"

"They did! And good aim, too, though you already knew that," she said, nodding towards the bar.

"Of course," Clint said with a smirk as he sat down, plucking the arrow off the bar. "How's your television going? No spoilers, I promise."

"I think I've got a good chance at catching up before the finale," she said, leaning on the bar a little. You're welcome, Clint. "That may be all I did when I was 'working' in the office earlier." Yes, there were airquotes.

Yeah, he was going to openly appreciate that view, thank you. "Oh, you poor thing with your terribly busy day," he teased.

"I know, I should be pitied," she said. "You want anything?"

"I'll take a beer," Clint said, pulling at the arrowhead and playing with it. "And I don't know if pity is the right word."

"Then what's the right word?" Kitty asked, getting him the beer and setting it down in front of him.

"'Jealous' comes to mind, although I guess I can't really talk since I wasn't that busy today either," Clint said. "Aside from playing with my arrows, which sounded better in my head before I said it out loud."

Yeah, Kitty totally giggled at that. "Well, now that you're done playing with your arrows- I assume- at least now we can say we've actually done something. What with the visiting and talking and all."

"And you served a customer, so that counts too," Clint said with a laugh. "I'm trying to be all organized with my supplies, but it's not working very well. I don't know if you've ever noticed this, but I can get easily distracted."

"I had noticed a little bit, yeah," she smiled. "Need help?"

"Unless you want to sit with me in a pile of arrow heads and figure out what all of them are, then no, I'll be good. Besides, you're a prime source of distraction," Clint pointed out.

"I can't be distracting all the time," Kitty protested, not actually sure if that was true.

"You might not be trying to be distracting, but you are." Clint smirked at her across the bar. "That's not a bad thing though."

"What if I sat very far away in no makeup and a turtleneck?" she teased. "No mock turtleneck either. We're talking full coverage."

Clint laughed. "I know what you look like out of the turtleneck. It'll only slightly help."

"A parka? There's no way to be sexy in a parka," Kitty said. "Unless maybe you're Kate Upton."

"Okay, that might be a good amount of covered, but I'd still be enjoying spending time with you," Clint said. "That's the important part."

"Yeah, I guess there's nothing I can do about distracting you from my sparkling personality," Kitty said, looking thoughtful. "Damn me for being likable."

She wasn't that confident but she could sound it.
