After Atton had had a couple of whiskeys, he climbed up onto the stage - and started into something that, uh, wasn't a charming summer song. In the least.

Yeah, he'd come here mostly to hang out with Atton, but the agreement had been 'hanging out with Atton and karaoke, and so Sparkle was making his way up to the stage with a pool cue in hand, because... props?

It served no purpose whatsoever. He just enjoyed fondling it while he sang a song from LEASE.

Then he waved the new drink at Sparkle.

Ha, blue! Sparkle gave a sweeping bow (nearly decapitating a member of the band with his pool cue as he did so), and then pretty much pranced his way down from the stage to get that drink.

When it was absolutely, positively late enough that Atton could pull off a 'hey, I was drunk' to excuse his performance-- he crawled back onto the stage and snagged the microphone.

He racked his brain for the word.

"...Whiskey? Yeah."

After taking a big gulp of his beer, Cade finally decided to pay attention to the little Force nudge he'd been getting and spotted Atton.

"You karking--" he growled, lunging at the guy, fist swinging...and disappeared.

He reappeared two minutes later completely drenched. "I hate you."

Sparkle was a bit later than Atton. There had been Portalocity shenanigans. How one wound up with three interdimensional stopovers between the same DC that belonged to the mainland across the Causeway and here, Sparkle had no idea.

He made a face as he pulled another handful of cake-flavoured Goldfish crackers from his pocket, along with a candy cane and a small... squirming... He was going to call it a bug, and then toss it on the floor for Tino to clean up later. And then he was going to sit down beside Atton.

"You survived the whole day without someone, like, shooting at you," he noted, and then gave him a grin. "I'm impressed."

Sparkle wasn't going to question some of the crazier stopovers he had to take on his way back to the island from DC tonight. He didn't look too traumatized, at least, so that was good, right?

He was still grinning as he tossed a little fish-shaped cookie at Cade from where he was sitting, though.

Yes, today had been his first day at Drama camp. Celebrating with booze was in order for that, too.

"Can I get a rum and Coke, light on the rum?" she asked. She was compromising with herself on that, too.
