Groovy Tunes, Sunday
Jono really didn't want to go in to work while Angela was visiting for the weekend. Especially not a younger Angela than he and Hannibal were used to being visited by. But he also couldn't ignore the fact that his attendance lately had been... not so great. And there were still orders that needed to be placed and shipments that he'd been seriously behind in unpacking. So he'd left Hannibal and Angela at home with the promise that they could both visit him at work later, and he'd made his way off to the music shop.
They'd gotten some new guitars in today, and he was taking great pleasure in just sitting around and playing each one, making sure they were in tune before putting them up on the wall.
He was working. Working. Not playing. Honest.
[OOC: OCD-free, but that's because I'm lazy. Open!]

Hannibal grinned at Jono. "Hard at work, I see."
"Hi, Daddy!" Angela ran over and all but dove to sit at Jono's feet and listen.

Another pause, and then a look down at Angela.
//Any requests?//

She definitely got that from him. Hannibal's look said as much.

//Girl has good tastes,// he decided. Not at all biased in any way, shape, or form, honest.

"Mr. Starsmore?" he called out, checking out one of the CD displays. "You around?"

It was a fairly familiar voice, but whether it was a kid from last year or one of the students, he couldn't quite place. He really needed to get out more.

"If you two get the chance before you take off again, I'd love to hear you play. If not... enjoy the bass, mate. You can drop it off here tomorrow, or at Hannibal's place. Or just let one of your parents bring it back after you're gone. I'm not too concerned about it. It isn't as though I've got a flood of people fighting one another for it, after all.//

//There you go, mate. Get it back to me in one piece, and I won't have to string you up by your toes next time you end up here. Deal?//

When, definitely when! Although it would probably be some horrible internet label, before they got in some practice. And a better band name.
