Caritas- Tuesday
Everyone had been back to normal for a few days, and Kitty was prepared for a nice normal night.
Mostly. The zombies were only playing country and even songs she suggested were played with a twang and she really needed them to stop.

Stage
Re: Stage
It wasn't good. There was a key somewhere in there, maybe two. And it wasn't just that Kitty wasn't a good singer, but she was enthusiastic, which made it way worse than it would have been otherwise.
She even knew it was bad, and took a little bow when she was done.
Re: Stage
Mostly because it meant a pause in the zombie country music.
Re: Stage
There was no way in hell he'd consider doing it otherwise.
Which was why Kanan was getting up onto the stage with a microphone, looking a little dubious. Especially once the music to Wonderwall started playing. At least in part because he'd never heard this song in his life.
But, well, here he was. Singing it. In a baritone. Hesitantly.
If he had anything resembling a clue as to how the song went, it might have almost worked, if you squinted. As it was, he managed to get most of the words out, but forgot to breathe for any of the sustained notes, and by the end mostly just had his face buried in one hand, continuing on because they'd had a deal, after all.
He did, at least, finish the whole thing off with a, "Never let me do this again," as he left the stage.
Bar
Re: Bar
And, no, they didn't, Rosa. You just had literally hundreds of dollars in merchandise and no receipts.

As could be evidenced by the pink and blue, which, at least, managed to look 'not completely stupid' in his hair, pulled back as it was.
Re: Bar
Man, she was really looking forward to not ever figuring out who Caleb was, because she decided she didn't really care. It helped, of course, that she kept forgetting who Kanan even was, even if she did always remember his dog.
"Yeah, no kidding?" she said, figuring that was good and neutral, neither confirmed nor denied, even though it was a little reassuring to know that the dye had stuck in his hair just as persistently as it had her kitchen sink.
After all these years, Rosa finally understood why her mom lost her shit every time Rosa dyed her hair. Did that make her officially an old person now? Gross.
Re: Bar
He nodded in her direction.
"I figure the least I can do in retaliation to whoever that was is buy them a drink. Dye that stubborn can't be cheap."

"I'm just going to pretend I didn't hear that," she said, with a stern glance over. She was going to just...you know...pretend she didn't hear it and not say anything at all, but maybe Buzzkill could use the little slice of advice. Or warning.

That made all kinds of sense, Jarrus.
Re: Bar
"Like... a new Kanan with hair?"
Re: Bar
At least this was all said fairly jovially? He was flailing around for a foothold, but at least he wasn't angry about it anymore.

Kanan could probably work out what she was referring to.
Re: Bar
Sure, he hadn't made any attempt to be rid of it, but the pink was at least nominally hidden in his ponytail sort of.

"Tequila," she requested, then remembering her hangover this morning from all the shots she'd had at the other bar, added: "Sunrise."
