Caritas- Tuesday
Kitty was physically fine, and she wouldn't say she was particularly traumatized by the weekend, but it had given her a lot to think about.
A lot to obsessively overthink about.
But it was business as usual at the bar, where the zombies were kindly sticking to elevator music today. Look, it was better than country.

Kitty shrugged.
"That's really all I've got. What can I get you?"

She would have reacted like that even before zombies playing too much country music was a regular thing in her life, too.
She shrugged. "Beer's good," she said, "it's a beer kind of day."
She also looked like she might have wanted to say something else, but wasn't entirely sure she should, but then apparently decided to asked.
"How you holding up?"

And there was the beer.

It would be a lot less awkward for Rosa if she didn't, but she'd be...open to it.
Hey, she was trying, okay?

Honestly, if it weren't for, you know, the whole trauma-for-everyone-else side of things, Rosa might of chalked it up to a nearly perfect weekend. Perfect would have also probably required sharing her bed with something that wasn't a pumpkin.
"I really miss all that stupid crap."

"...You have an axe?"

And, realizing she'd said that exact same thing to Buzzkill, Rosa shook her head. "There is a severe lack of women with axes on this island," she declared. "I gotta talk to Blackstone or something, make it a community project."
It wouldn't even be that hard. Amaya probably had enough axes in her collection to equip every woman on the island twice over without even having to make more.

Then he came over to Kitty. "Hi there. Um...can I get a beer?"

He nodded at Kitty. "Can I ask when you're due, or is that rude?"

Sigh.
"I didn't know you were in there, too. Though I also couldn't see anything..."

As to the woods... "Yeah. I can see in the dark, and still." He shrugged. "Most of the stuff it threw at me, I'd come to terms with long ago. It wasn't fun to see it again, but I can cope. You did okay?"

Also, nightmares about being chased around by a dead kid, because it had actually happened now.
