Caritas, Sunday
There was only so long you could put off sleep, and yesterday Atton had finally returned to the apartment, collapsed on his bed, and... utterly failed to get out of it until it was going on noon on Sunday.
He hadn't had a whole lot of time to wake up enough before work. So it was a drowsy-looking Atton you'd find behind the bar today, eyeing the more expensive bottles, and thinking potentially-terrible thoughts about calling people he might have, maybe, somewhat been a dick to over the past few months.
Caritas was open.

Bar
Re: Bar
He did kind of pause in the doorway for a moment as he remembered who was at the bar today, but hell, it wasn't like he was avoiding the man or anything. With a shrug, he made his way to the bar and took a seat.
"... You gonna make it, there?"

Re: Bar
"Already know what I'm getting," he replied. "Kitty should have the recipe somewhere, from back when she was doing that 'name a drink after yourself' promotion." He paused, and then amended, "Actually, better just make it an orange juice."
Look, whatever else he knew about what Atton was dealing with right now, he had eyes. The man was clearly not in any state to be trusted with mixing nonalcoholic drinks at a bar.
Re: Bar
"Space, when did you turn into a boy scout?" he sighed, but he trodded obediently to the fridge to find the orange use.

Anyway, Kanan was a spoilsport. Who was turning around, plucking the nut from thin air, and popping it into his mouth, giving Kaidan a grin and a wave from where he was sitting.
Because yes, he was that asshole.
Re: Bar
He offered a sunny grin right back - and flipped him off.
Because yes, they were that mature.
Re: Bar
ENJOY THE BIOTIC WHO CARES TOO MUCH, ATTON.After his jaunt off-planet and a chance to swap out to civvies, Kaidan collected Sparkle and headed to Caritas. His gaze traveled lazily over the room and the crowd. Kaidan nodded at people he knew before parking them at the bar.
"Remember, no dancing on the bar," he teased Sparkle.
Re: Bar
He had this figured, see?

Yeah, it was going soaring right at Alenko's head as Atton deflected it.
Suited him right.
Re: Bar
Dusting off his hands, he gave three slow sarcastic claps.

And possibly the occasional tossing of a beer nut at Atton to see if he caught them or not. Like the loving roomate that he truly was.
