Groovy Tunes, Sunday
Another week, just like any other week, really. Jono had been home and back already this weekend, taught a few classes at the school in New York, and a heart-to-heart with a student who wanted to be moved to his team, because of course teams were a thing they were doing now.
Spent most of his spare time yesterday just hanging out with Lee and Shogo.
Bloody hell, but he was fond of that kid. Even when the lad pulled his scarf off out in the middle of Central Park. And, fine, there had been an attempted attack on the school by armed radicals, too, but by this point that was just so normal it was barely worth noting.
In any case, it was good to be back on the island, and he was settling behind the counter with a guitar, a 'NOW HIRING' sign in the window.
Nice, relaxed Sunday.
