Caritas- Tuesday
Kitty had been in a good mood upon getting back. She'd spent a week at home, reconnecting with people she never thought she'd be able to reconnect with, and she didn't even have to deal with the island cockblocking her (unrelated). And now she was trying to make sure Lexi didn't crawl into another dimension unsupervised and she didn't know what was going on in the bar tonight but by the look on Toni's face when he came out of the storage room, Kitty was going to avoid that altogether.
So that's how today was gonna be. Kitty would do her best to make sure your drinks ended up in your hands tonight.

handwavilygone down to the station and reorganized and color-coded their entire filing system. She didn't want to toot her own horn or anything, but she was pretty sure it was some of her best work, even better than her feature in Organizers Quarterly! A day like that called for some celebration and relaxation and a drink or two at the bar.But not six, no one liked Six-Drink Rosa, she was just sad.
So in came Rosa in her pantsuit, with one extra button loosened up to prove just how ready she was to get loose and have fun tonight.
"What can you make for me," she said, upon approaching the bar and pushing up those ever-slipping glasses, "that says 'fun and flirty,' but not...too fun and flirty because it is a weekday and I still have to be up for work again in the morning and not want to hate myself, but there's no way this Tuesday can pass us by without celebration because I have acheived the pinnacle in Ultimate Police File Organization."
Her eyes danced with the light of someone truly moved and enlightened as she said it, but then...a flash of doubt.
"Or, wait. Maybe I should have coded Breaking and Enterings with Orange, and Domestic Disturbances with Red?" Her eyes went wide behind her glasses. "Oh, God. I've made a huge mistake. This is bad. This is terrible. Scratch the fun and flirty, get me something awful and cheap and barely even worthy for someone who files domestic disturbances under orage. Ugh!" She slumped over the bar. "What was I even thinking?"

"You need tequila," she finally decided.

But still, after some consideration, she concluded with a very firm and very convinced, "Yes."
"Yes," she said, again. "I do. That is one-hundred percent correct."

She said that as someone who'd hated cleaning her room before a boy ever saw it regularly.

She was trying, okay.

"That's true," she allowed. "And it would be much more productive than whatever thing will be going on for the Wednesday activity."

She needed to have less fun with this.

But, clearly, she wouldn't mind knowing more!

"I do like those glowy swords, though," she admitted. "I wonder how they work. Maybe I can convince Amaya to have him and maybe Kanan come in and do a unit on them for our class..."

Swords were her weapon of choice! And these glowed!
