Groovy Tunes; Tuesday [09/17].
The last week had been a good one for Tisarwat, even with the cooking mishap from Sunday night, putting her in a good mood when she came into Groovy Tunes for work after her computer class. Kitty had mentioned that computer games like the ones they played that day had gained popularity in the '80s, and so she was eager to maybe narrow down her listening experiences to those years as sort of a starting point. Really, there was so much of it that she didn't know where to start, so using that as a potential spring board seemed as good a choice as any.
Of course, she'd sort of messed it up a little, and, instead of discovering the music of the 1980s, she wound up listening to the music of the 1880s, which was a...very different experience altogether.
Not that she yet knew the difference, but it eventually landed her in what seemed like a neverending playlist of Gilbert and Sullivan operas which were a bit confusing, culturally, but, musically, oddly fascinating.
And ridiculously catchy, of course. She was going to catch herself humming these songs all week now, wasn't she?
Groovy Tunes is open!
