That one warehouse- Friday afternoon
Rey was headed home for the weekend, and she was preparing by basically doing homework. She didn't feel like starting out with a remote on her own today, so instead she was sitting cross-legged on the floor next to the base of the obstacle course, very focused on the words she could make out. And if there was anything she didn't recognize, out came the little paper she was translating off of so she could figure it out.
This might be how she spent a lot of time these days but at least she was doing it in a different location.

And knowing this, Rey started through the form, which she'd practiced a lot. If she didn't look exactly right, it came from knowing she was specifically being watched rather than not knowing what she was doing.

It was actually very helpful in pointing out what she was doing wrong!

Even if she hadn't quite figured out how to move seamlessly from drills to fighting off something that was shooting at her, but she mostly kept in line with the form.
While cursing when she got shot.

She loved validation so much.
