When Tisarwat got back from a trip like that, she tended to use the next day at the music shop to look into what they had available for music of that region. This time was no exception, although she found that the stereo (she really needed to look into what sort of AI system it might have, because it clearly had a mind of its own) had chosen to switch (sometimes erratically and nonsensically) between stringed instrumental folk music and poppy love ballads.
It was a little jarring, to say the least, but Tisarwat tried to balance it by just enjoying the traditional stuff, and then listening closely to the poppy stuff to see if there was anything she might remember from all the dance parties and clubs, and was proud to say that she thought she recognized at least a few!
