Caritas; Wednesday [03/11].
With consideration of the calender, Summer was confronted with a tough choice: was it better to hit up the St. Patrick's Day flavors a little too early, or just a day too late? Because of course it couldn't have fallen more conveniently that it would land on her bar day (although that did mean she could celebrate properly; sure, she didn't know if she had much Irish heritage, but, come on. She was a redhead named Smith, it wouldn't be a stretch). And if she did it early, then that meant she could just claim she was making it a week-long thing, and that definitely, definitely had its appeal.
And so she was already getting into the holiday spirit that evening with her offerings. Plural. Because doing just one shot anymore just seemed kind of sad.
Wednesday Jello Shot Specials!
Baileys Irish Cream
Shamrock Shake
Don't worry! There will be no pinching if you're not wearing green...
...unless you're into that.
FREE TO ALL FORMER OWNERS OF TURTLE & CANARY
(That last part was added after the fact, after discovering that Seivarden couldn't bribe for shit).

"But we don't want to," Seivarden said. "That's my point. Let's just have a few drinks, and then we can go home and watch an entertainment."
She meant that literally this time.

And then she looked thoughtful for a moment, eyes narrowed, as she wondered if she'd had enough of those shots yet ot use that nice segue about carrying as a good way to bring up a little bee in her bonnet about biceps.
The answer, as she then reached for her ale, was not even close.
"Good thing I don't live too far away if it comes to that, though, right?"

Which was, she admitted, not a bad incentive to actually keep within her limits tonight. A good entertainment would be kind of nice right now, and it felt like it'd been a while since they actually bothered to enjoy one.
"You got any good new ones?"

It would be nice to watch it together, even if she would have to go back to watch the romantic plot later.

Don't even get her started on the amount of time spent on hand-holding, but at least that part she could understand a little more.
"Oooooh."
Clearly, she approved.
"And I like when they're new for you, too. It's a little more fun that way."
And maybe because Seivarden was slightly less inclined to try and explain certain plot points and details to her and pull her out of the moment. But that just made her think...
"...I really miss movie class, too. That was always something pretty new for both of us."

"Maybe we should start it up again."

"I'd help you with it if you want."

That last part was said a bit dryly, as if she couldn't understand how some goat demon kidnapping people and throwing them into a volcano would scare anyone off.
And she was saying this as someone who'd been there!

Since she didn't have to like the movies.

Though that was, for her, part of the fun.
