Outside MCA- Thursday afternoon

Rey understood the concept of a kiddie pool, but she didn't know why she found one in her apartment.

Then there was the slow, very careful process of dragging it out through the hall and trying so hard not to spill anything on the way. She mostly managed! But really, what was she going do with it in her place? It wasn't even like she could empty it in there.

So, uh, there was going to be a kiddie pool outside the apartments, because she had no way of knowing that everyone got one.

Jaskier nodded like she was a precious duckling who needed to be protected and also coddled with drinks and pretty baubles. "You should try the little pool now that you're outside."

"I'm not exactly dressed for the tiny pool," she pointed out.

She was dressed for the weather! It was still a lot of clothes. Unless she stuck her feet in.

And Jaskier was just chilling in a kiddie pool, in his small clothes. Pale as the dickens and unexpectedly hairy.

"What would you wear for it?"

"A bathing suit?" she guessed.

She did not own a bathing suit.

"Oh." He looked down at himself. "Well, perhaps I need to purchase one."

"Maybe," she agreed. "The look is working for you, though."

"I think the island just likes being funny."
