Outside MCA- Thursday afternoon

Rey understood the concept of a kiddie pool, but she didn't know why she found one in her apartment.

Then there was the slow, very careful process of dragging it out through the hall and trying so hard not to spill anything on the way. She mostly managed! But really, what was she going do with it in her place? It wasn't even like she could empty it in there.

So, uh, there was going to be a kiddie pool outside the apartments, because she had no way of knowing that everyone got one.

"It really isn't," Liam confirmed.

"Hey, don't knock droids and porgs," Liam argued, even though he knew she really wasn't. "Porgs are adorable, even if they can't talk. And from what I've seen, droids are pretty great." Some of them could even be classified as adorable, in a robot-y kind of way.

BB-8 was the very definition of 'adorable droid'. "And they don't constantly demand cheese and cake from you," Liam pointed out.

Not that he actually minded fetching such things for the mice. At all.

"What would they even do with it?"

He didn't think droids were like bio-surrogates, who did require food, but then he'd only really come across a handful of droids during his time in Fandom and the few days spent in Rey's galaxy. So who knew?
