Of course Kitty had been exactly the kind of kid who tried testing her boundaries her first year or so at the X Mansion, which had meant going to a couple midnight movie showings dressed in ways she absolutely should not have been allowed out in. That phase had also died pretty quickly once she realized that no one was going to yell at her for it, but it had still been fun.

And since last week had sucked, it was the perfect time for her and Tony to throw a Rocky Horror Picture Show Petey Scifi Talky Picture showing and give people the chance to let loose a little.

There was an "Enter at your own risk" sign on the front door, the back room had been done up in a lot of red, and there was a very good chance you needed a party today.

Kitty's costume was not perfect, because she'd had a week and there'd been a whole thing for part of it, and also she had an almost two-year-old who shouldn't be trusted around all the things she needed to bedazzle a bustier she'd had from her old Chicago bartending days, but it was good enough.

She was here to help if anyone needed anything.

Well... just because Rosa was here and very much looking the part still didn't mean she'd actually be social. She was just here to make Kitty happy.

Tony was rocking the fishnets from his last Halloween costume in a pretty decent meta for Dr. Frank-N-Furter. Only this one had a goatee because he wasn't going that far with it, thank you very much.

Steve was there in gold shorts and noooot much else, nursing a Rocky drink and trying to ignore all of Jan's excited pings to his phone about how much he was going to love this movie.

So honestly, the odds on whether Lucifer would actually show up to this hadn't been fantastic, until he'd realized that he was bored and he owned a French maid costume in his size.

Also, he had enough substances in the house to pre-game this rather thoroughly, and anyway, Lucifer was here in his French maid costume and in possession of a very large drink he'd gotten off of Tino on his way in.

Mae was not wearing a costume. She was waiting for someone to tell her off for her very alcoholic bowl of a drink.

Someone should probably take that away from her. She was tiny and had the alcohol tolerance of a gnat.

She didn't want to be around a lot of people, but there seemed to be a lot of people here so she'd just have to put up with it.

She wasn't in costume, of course. She'd just happened to have a run-in with an alot of glitter on her way in, and if that combined with her goth monochrome aesthetic to make it look like she was thematically dressed, well, whoops?

Astrid could hardly ignore a voicemail like the one she'd gotten from Eleanor, and, so after a little bit of research (look who finally got out of the 90s regarding phone usage!), she dug up that black leather outfit from the first party back, figuring that was about as close as she was going to get.

Then got a drink and resolved to at least try to not be awkward about this.

He did not have a costume that terrible OOC comment notwithstanding but Stark was here anyway. He'd seen the posters and enough days had passed since last week that he thought maybe he could handle a large group of people. And it was something to do that wasn't dwelling on the past.

So here he was, only occasionally looking like he might bolt, and wondering why so many of the other island residents did seem to have appropriate costumes for the evening.

Liam was kind of out of his depth with regards to the theme of the night, so... no costume. Just his regular black jeans, black turtleneck, black gloves combo. But he was here in an effort to be social!

Mike had just come by to tell Kitty she was about to be down a Saturday night bartender, and he no idea there was a whole thing happening here tonight. Wasn't that surprising - he'd lost most of the past couple of weeks to packing up the house and getting all his affairs in order for the move.

Guess he could stay for a moment, though. For old time's sake - all of his old times.

His smile was perhaps just a little bit wry as he grabbed himself a drink. He'd find Kitty in a sec.
