Groovy Tunes; Tuesday [09/08].

Tisarwat had a lot on her mind that week, so she was mostly organizing a shipment of CDs that came in, which was good, mindless work while she considered the book that Lucille had loaned her that she'd actually read twice by now, just to sort out her thoughts and quite a few speculations. She was eager to see what she might suggest next, and also eager to find out exactly where the discussion on that one might lead.

It was almost enough to distract Tisarwat enough to not think about the fact that she spent a lot of her work here organizing a bunch of CDs that no one really ever bought.

Almost.

Seriously, where did they all come from, and how was there always room for more? And why were they always in need of organization? She couldn't allow herself to think about it too much, though, it just generally made her head hurt when she did.

Groovy Tunes is open!

Lucill had no plans to purchase anything today. This was just a visit to a friend while she was working.

"Good afternoon. I hope I'm not interrupting you."

"Some tea would be lovely."

Since they were anyway appropriate for a walk outside, Lucille was wearing her black lace gloves, and she kept them on so as to not make Tisarwat uncomfortable.

"Oh, I just walked past and thought I should stop and say hello."

Not at all because she was curious what Tisarwat thought about the book, or because she had actually planned to walk this way to have an excuse to talk to her.

"Oh?" Lucille said, smiling.

"What did you think of it?" Lucille asked, trying not to sound too eager. "And we should. When would it suit you?"

"Later this week works well," Lucille replied. "I work on Saturday, but that is all. Entertainment class?"

She smiled, trying to hide her excitement. "So would I. Why does a vampire always have to die?"

"I would," Lucille said, "And Friday will be fine. As for vampires... Some people just like hunting monsters, don't they?"

"Yes," Lucille replied. "Like Doctor Frankenstein's poor creature. I can't help thinking that they objected to Bertha finding a friend."

Nina had seen that Astrid was working but, like, she'd rather deal with The Best Christmas Gift Ever after Prompto actually left.

And since she was trying to not look like she was stalking him (she was totally stalking him), Nina took a detour to go visit a friend.

"Tiiiiiiiiiiisaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarwaaaaaaaaaat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Guess who?

"I'd love tea," she enthused, beaming and cheerfully ignoring the other question. "I'm sorry I was gone for so long!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
bookbeltof_love: (not sure of this)

"Thank you!!!!!!!!!" she said, taking the cup with gloved hands. Sadly, her pink frilly ones were up at the dorms.

"I was back in my world," Nina added. "It was honestly more exciting than I wanted it to be????????"

"Three months," she said, a bit glumly. "Portalocity, like, locked me out?????????? I couldn't even get a text through.........."

And she'd tried so hard!
