It was quiet in the music shop that day, not because of the Silence, which had actually yet to introduce itself to Tisarwat, but merely because Tisarwat seemed to be having trouble with the store's stereo that day. She wasn't even sure, really, if it was actually broken or if it was just a weird thing for the day, because who could really tell around here? So she figured she'd just mention it to Breq and if it wasn't running normally tomorrow, then it was probably a good sign that it might need to be looked into.

For now, though, she was honestly just sort of enjoying the quiet and her tea, because moments where she actually could enjoy that kind of calm, both with outside forces and inside her own head, were rare, and she was more than happy to simply embrace that today.
