Mondays seemed to be quiet, which gave Seivarden some time to practice mixing drinks.

"Tino, why do we have this excessive amount of champagne?"

"New Year is coming up soon," Tino replied with a sigh.

"Oh? Oh, it's the holiday where you drink champagne," Seivarden said. "We're definitely not going to need all of that, though."

Which was a good reason to try out champagne cocktails. And mimosas turned out to be really easy.

"You are aware that mimosas are considered a brunch cocktail?" Tino pointed out.

"I'm sure there are some people who are not that traditional," Seivarden replied.

So I changed my grocery delivery slot last week in a really clumsy way and wound up having to add 50 euros worth of stuff to my basket just to prove that I was planning to buy enough to make it worthwhile.

As a placeholder I filled the basket with champagne.

Anyway long story short when I edited the order with my actual grocery list later I may have forgotten to remove all the champagne. Cheers to me I guess!

I can think of worse things to accidentally buy. I'm not sure I'll be able to buy any champagne at all this year unless I go to a very crowded shop that is allowed to sell alcohol.

Well, I definitely didn't order enough orange juice for all this champagne. Because I also like mimosas.

But oooof, Sweden. I'm so glad I get groceries delivered.

I do have a friend who I can safely enter the Systembolaget shop, but she would have to endure the queues, so it seems like a lot to ask...
