Caritas- Tuesday

At Caritas today, the zombies were playing music from a certain movie franchise, but only the bar scenes.

Not only was Kitty not going to question it, she kind of wanted to keep it as a thing.

Caritas was open, that song was going to get stuck in your head, and you know what? That's okay.

Sorry, Kitty. That band was definitely getting a withering look from Rosa as she actually made it in that night and after about the third song realized the theme and wondered if she hadn't.

"Kitty," she greeted, with a nod, claiming her usual seat.

"Rosa," Kitty returned. "What are we feeling like today?"

"Whiskey," Rosa decided, "and a pair of earplugs."

"I can do the whiskey but this is fabulous," Kitty told her.

"Agree to disagree," said Rosa, which, hey, was a deal that most people would never get out of her, "but maybe if I don't glare at them too much, maybe they'll do a metal theme next time."

She didn't know exactly what it was the were playing, but she would be completely fine if they weren't.

It really was going to be stuck in her head for daaaays now.

"You want a metal theme?" Kitty asked, frowning as she got a glass for her.

"A metal night in here would be awesome," Rosa.said, matching Kitty's.frown with a faint grin. "Music so loud no one will talk to you..."

She sounded like she was going to launch into a list, though the first point just seemed to trail off wistfully, hopefully, the rest of it seemingly just hanging in the air unspoken.

"That would have to be on any night but mine," Kitty decided immediately.

"Too bad all your other bartenders are lame."

Which wasn't necessarily true. Baby Linetti could be...tolerable, now that she seemed to have gotten over breaking into people's apartments.

"Maybe I should talk to Eric."

She was not going to talk to Eric.

"The competition?" Kitty tsked. "Rosa. Rosa."

Like she didn't visit Allie at work or see Eric at parties here.

"Kitty," Rosa countered. Succinctly. And smirked. "Just considering my options over here. He's already half-way there with the leather night, anyway."

"He can have that, I did that for like the first two years I worked here."

It chafed after a while.

"I miss all the good stuff," said Rosa, shaking her head at her own misfortune, although, really, the fact alone was enough to soothe that wound. "Please tell me you at least still have the leather."

"Of course. The ones with the holes cut out of the thighs are what got Clint to ask me out." They were sentimental now.

"That's so cute," said Rosa, "I think I threw up in my mouth a little."

Don't listen to her, she loved it.

She was a little partial to pant-related flirtations herself, though.
