Rey's warehouse- Friday afternoon

With a trip home (where it was nice and humid and not snowy) very soon, Rey was trying to get some drills in. It wasn't that she didn't want to impress Anakin- because she really really did- but she saw him all the time. When she only got to train with Leia about once a month she wanted there to be a noticeable difference.

So she was making sure she was getting all her steps as perfect as possible, while knowing it'd likely fall into slight chaos once she had a remote thrown at her or whatever.

"It's better than that going the other direction," Anakin said with a grin.

"True," she agreed. "I guess I just have to get better at doing it whenever."

"It'll come," Anakin said. "You're already better than you were last year."

"That's good to hear," Rey said. "It's hard to gauge."

Anakin smiled. "I can add recording equipment that isn't a squirrel with a notebook if you want proof."

"I would definitely get self-conscious," she said, wrinkling her nose.

"Then you'll just have to take my word for it."
