Summer never needed an excuse for a random-ass theme to her jello shots, but sometimes, she did like to take one and run with it, so she was definitely going to blame helping Tisarwat and Lucille yesterday move for her inspiration this Wednesday.

Tino wearing a monocle and a tophat was, she assumed, unrelated, but she honestly did not care to find out.

Goose was not as hyperactive this week and a lot calmer, well calmer for him anyway as he came up to his usual seat at the bar.

“You know I’ve never actually drank tea before,” Goose remarked with a tilt of his head as he examined this weeks specials, “I didn’t realise there was that many kinds of tea,”

There was a loooong pause at that, and Summer was about to ask hoe that was even possible, but then she remembered who she was talking to and how often things like 'I've never [fill in the blank] before!' left this man's mouth, and she shook her head and tampered down the ever-present urge to just pat Goose on the head.

"I know some people who would argue," she said, instead lining up for him the shots, because of course he was trying them all, that was just a given, "that even after these, you still haven't had tea, not really, but it's not a bad place to start.

"How've you been, Goose?"

“Not to bad, got second in Paintball class, we got to use paint grenades,” Goose grinned at that, it had been a very bad idea giving him grenades, “then crashed a supersonic trainer in flight class,” he paused, “well it was in the simulator but it was still fun,” sorry Walsh, Goose was not going to learn how to stop the crash landings any time soon.

Also he had a strange definition of what was fun. “How about you?” he asked as he went to pick up one of the shots.

Eh. Honestly, it was fairly close to some of Summer's, too. Just add maybe more drugs or partying, and it'd be perfect.

"Thank you again," she said, "for the reminder to never let you fly my ship. And I've been good! I helped Tisarwat and Lucille move yesterday and I'm honestly surprised I haven't thought about using my portal gun to help with moving before."

And, technically speaking, she hadn't thought of it, Tisarwat did, but details, details.

"Hopefully, though, no one needs an emergency, non-portalocity approved portal anywhere soon, though, because that things is draaaained after everything."

Well, maybe if you didn't use it to frivolously portal back and forth between various spots around the island, Summer! But, hey, at least she hadn't used it to get between her apartment and theirs.

Goose grinned and with the right account this time, “well most people don’t like me flying their ships, I don’t think Ambassador Waldo is ever going to be in a ship that I pilot after our encounter with the Queen’s Armada last year,”

He paused and downed one of the shots before tilted his head, “that’s certainly a different way of moving,” he remarked, “even though I can’t say I’d need a portal for anything but that would certainly be a handy way to travel,”

Well a certain pyrokinetic would be rather desperate to use a portal but that was still a couple of months away.

Liz was feeling and looked lot better than she had been last week and she figured she owed Summer an apology for missing her class on Friday so she was back at the bar again, which was feeling a little weird at how regular this actually was becoming.

“Hi Summer,” Liz smiled as she came up to the bar, she read over the specials, “which of the specials would you recommend?”

Liz, sweetie, everyone was looking better this week compared to last, pretty much. Except maybe Jon, who just looked like that regardless.

But it was always nice to see Liz with a smile, especially with all the...everything right now.

"Hey, Liz," she greeted back, and had a ready answer because the non-full-setters always did ask. "The Long Island's gonna give you the most bang for your shot, but I'm personally a big fan of the classic Arnie Palmer, especially with the warmer weather. You could always try both and decide for yourself."

"An excellent choice," Summer said with approval of the idea she herself proposed, and went to set out for Liz her well-advised jello shots. "Soooo, how've you beeeen? You seem to be in a good mood, at least."

“I’m a lot better than last week,” Liz told her, “I ended up spending the weekend in Insomnia with Prompto, which I guess is rather ironic that I wasn’t able to sleep until I got to a place called Insomnia,” she considered, “but it was nice getting to spend more time with him, well when he wasn’t busy and I wasn’t sleeping that is,”

"Hi!" said Summer, who always did love a well-placed hello there, especially when paired with a mostly unfamiliar face, and she shifted into her best bartender mode with a grin and a lean of an elbow on the bar. The only thing missing was a towel to toss over her shoulder. "How's it going? What can I get for you?"

"Are we talking liquid drinks," Summer checked, because sometimes she was never sure with the newer faces, "or one of the specials? 'Cause with the specials, I can do you one better and offered two that have rum, the Long Island and the Chai, and you should never just have one of the shots anyway."

Stark gave Tino a quizzical look, because those accessories would have been odd on anyone and were definitely odd on Tino, before sitting down at the bar.

"I'll try the ones that were meant to be drinks, Summer. Not the egg." Just to be clear. Even if it did look kind of pretty in the photo. "Hello."

Even without her around, horrifying Seivarden in spirit would still remain one of Summer's most favorite activities ever.

She'd feel bad about it if it wasn't just so easy.

Summer had followed Stark's look toward Tino and just answered it with her own shrug and a shake of her head that indicated she was mostly just ignoring it, like she usually did with that guy, and then grinned a little, starting to line the shot up.

"Hello, Stark," she said. "Are you sure? The egg one might be weird, but it is, like, super fancy."

She honestly kind of loved it the most, although, admittedly, that was for purely aesthetic reasons.

And he'd probably do it and regret so many life choices.

Because, yes, that was exactly what would happen, it was honestly kind of flattering that he'd noticed.
