The dates were over, and Jaye was doing her very best to sweep confetti off the bar and onto the floor to deal with later. The zombies were playing sappy 80s love songs, and she and Tino were prepared for people to hit the bar to mingle.

Octavia had decided to go to the bar for her dates, and so Lucifer - in turn - had decided to come to the bar after dates to support her.

In fairness, that bit may have been influenced by having Sidon as her last date.

Stark needed another drink. Possibly more than one. He'd had something of a day, today.
A day that had included suddenly being himself again, an ill-fitting robe followed by an ill-fitting pair of sweatpants and a mad dash up the stairs, and then 5 of these dates without having signed up for them.

"I need another drink," he said, holding up his now empty glass and hoping Tino would refill it without much trouble.

Well. That had been... a thing. Octavia wasn't sure what she'd been looking for, and she wasn't sure she'd found it, either.

As was traditional, Shunsui floated his way on over to the bar once the dates were done, setting a satisfyingly emptied jug of sake on the counter, and trying to bargain with Tino to help him out by giving it a little re-fill.

Kurt wasn't really expecting anyone to hang around much but he didn't feel like going back to the dorms right away. So he sat at the far end of the bar, a rootbeer in hand as he watched the people who were still mulling around.

Even though they just had their little date just a bit ago, Libby saw Kurt hanging back at the bar a little bit and getting a drink, so she got a lemonade for herself and, after making sure she wouldn't be usurping any of his time in case he was planning to touch base with some of their friends about their evenings, she went up to join him, with a little flutter in her stomach as she just plunged forward with what she was thinking.

"It's a really nice night tonight; would you like to walk back to the dorms with me? When we finished our drinks, anyway."

"Oh hey, Libby!" Kurt said with a grin when she walked over. "Sure, that would be nice. I'd love to hang out and all" he said the grin growing even broader if that was even possible.

This whole thing had started as an act of solidarity with Gladio, but, as much as he hated to admit it, Shane's little...gaffe at the party last night was troubling more than he would have expected, and had been given him some food for thought. Ten years ago, he would have wanted nothing more than to have his impairment go unnoticed, unremarked, but since then, it had become such an integral part of who he was, that having someone as close to him as Shane was just....forget entirely that he was completely, wholly, and utterly restricted in some regards had left him, admittedly, a bit shaken.

So this evening had turned into a bit more for Ignis, and as his dated continued to tick on with each one being incredibly pleasant and enjoyable, with deep, meaningful conversations still managed to be squeezed into such a short time...

Well. He certainly felt he had quite a bit more to think about.

With a nice, full-bodied shiraz to sip while mulling things over.
