Raiden had no connection to Ireland. Oh, he'd probably been there at some point, but he couldn't claim even a little bit of Irish ancestry or whatever. But if you were guessing he loved a themed holiday that involved a lot of beer, you guessed correctly!

He didn't see the need to dye it green, though. That was just people being silly.

Had Raiden asked for it? No. Was he enthusiastically singing (for certain values of singing that included 'dear God what is being tortured?') along before applauding vigorously at the end? You betcha!

"That was great!"

"Meep meep," Beaker said, wiping his eyes with his hat.

There were just a lot of feelings with this song, Raiden.

"Meep meep meep mee?"

But pizza would fix it!

"Oh, you want pizza?" Did Raiden understand Beaker? Unclear. On the one hand, he spoke most human languages; on the other, 'human' was kind of a keyword there. But the language of pizza was universal.

Also Italian.

"What kind of pizza d'you want? On the house!"

"Meep meep meep," Beaker said, pointing to the sausage one.

On the one hand, that pizza had an alcohol content, but on the other, it wasn't a very high one and Raiden was not the guy to worry about how much it took to get a Muppet drunk. "Sure thing, little buddy! I'll have that right out for ya. Gotta have fuel for those pipes, huh?"

That wasn't how singing worked but sure.

"Mee meep," Beaker agreed. So many businesses still left to bring joy to!

Or whatever he was doing!

"Here you go," Raiden said as he handed over an entire pizza that was probably too big for a Muppet. "Erin go Bragh and all that!"

Steve wasn't tipsy right now, okay, he was Irish.

And tipsy. It was dinnertime and he'd been Irishing for a while. "My maaaaaaaaaaan! This look awesome! Can I have one of each?"

"Sure thing, buddy!" Raiden agreed happily. "Happy St. Patrick's Day!"

"And to you!" Steve said, leaning against the counter as his Reenforcing o' the Stereotypes t-shirt rucked up. "You going out tonight too or are you stuck here?"
