Rey's warehouse- Friday afternoon

It had been a while since anything weird had happened in the warehouse and at this point it was actually making Rey nervous/suspicious. It was one of the days where she brought one of the texts she'd gotten into the least to see if there was anything she should be learning, and she wasn't really concentrating because she was expecting something to happen.

The woodchucks were just going about their days, suspiciously not chucking wood at her.

"It was a long time ago," she said after a moment.

"It was," Anakin agreed with a grin. "No permanent harm done."

"And I learned a valuable lesson."

You shot through a hut on a sacred island, Rey. They probably weren't thrilled about the smoking arson wreckage of a TIE, either.

"Which was?" Anakin asked.

[thatwaslucky]

"Don't do that?"

[sith_happened]

Anakin burst out laughing. "That is an excellent lesson."

"And I haven't!"

Good job with that very low bar.

"I'm very proud," Anakin said dryly.

"Thank you. I worked very hard."

Liar.

Anakin snorted.

[thatwaslucky]

"And I can't have been your only problem student," Rey said.

[sith_happened]

"Far from it," Anakin said, chuckling. "I had one who insisted on being called 'Doom.'"

"Trying too hard?" Rey asked after a pause.

[sith_happened]

"A little bit, yes," said the guy who'd gone by Darth Vader for two decades.

"Not good grades?" For as much as they mattered here.

[sith_happened]

"Pretty terrible at ethics," Anakin said, nodding.

[thatwaslucky]

"I'm not sure how many people are, realistically," she said.

[sith_happened]

"That's part of why I teach the class," Anakin admitted. "Better to make a hypothetical error rather than the real one."

"I wonder how I did compared to my answer in class," Rey mused.

She had no problem. Other characters of mine, ehhhh.

"How do you think you did?" Anakin asked, just like a Jedi master would.

[thatwaslucky]

"I don't know what my high school answer was," Rey admitted. "I think when it came down to it I did pretty well."

"I think so too."

"Didn't go that well for me," she stated. Just noting. She was still okay with it.

"It doesn't always," Anakin admitted.
