With all the candles everywhere, Tino had turned down the lights of the bar so that it was mostly relying on their surprisingly bright but incredibly atmospheric light scattered around the bar and the lounge in strategic ways, and the zombie band was mostly playing some low-key jazzy versions of Christmas classics, and you know what? Summer didn't hate it? It was actually kind of nice, really? And sort of made her wish she'd worn something a bit more sleek or slinky into work that day, and she was pretty sure it was going to potentially lead her down the path to talking in a sort of transatlantic accent like she was in some sort of old movie or something.

Until she noticed that Tino was doing the accent already, and that just kind of ruined it for her. Oh well. That would have been a really exhausting bit to maintain all night, anyway.

"Hello, Summer. The cocktail sounds good," Lana said. She finished reading the board. "So do all of the jello shots, actually. Nothing odd this week, or am I missing something?"

"I've heard some people take some pretty significant offense to Fireball in general," Summer said with a snort, "but, yeah, no, you're not missing anything, they're all pretty conventionally 'safe' this week. You're welcome to give them all a try, though, if you don't believe me. Also, hey, Lana. Good to see you stop in."

"Why not? Let's start with the eggnog." Lana smiled. "I don't get out as often as I should, I know. But Atton promised me 'prog', so I had to see what it was."

"And did you even remotely expect what you ended up getting?" Summer had to wonder, with a bit of a smirk, as she set down the eggnog shot for Lana, and then followed it up with a nearby line of the others to follow, too. "And should I start up a cocktail for you, too?"

It really was just standard practice these days!

"Yes, please. And I'm not entirely sure." She thought about it. "I expected the loud part. I liked the music, though."

"It probably helps, too," Summer offered, now starting to mix up the drink for Lana, "that Atton's pretty good. If you got just anyone up there, it might not has been effective, but, yeah. It was nice. Kind of long, but, I mean, it's not like he's hogging up precious real estate up there. He's really the only one that I see even doing karaoke these days."

Lana downed the eggnog shot. "Oh, I like that!" She grinned at Summer. "I'd offer, but I don't know any Earth music that well."

Yet.
